“I’m really looking forward to the gun going off and running," Nick told FastRunning in an extensive interview earlier this week.
“I had a really good week’s training after the race [in Liverpool where he qualified for Euros],” he revealed. “My coach was on the bike during a session, and, during a rep he rode next to me and said ‘it’s easy when you’ve got a bounce in your step’."

- Southern Athletics League 3000m record-holder
But it won't be easy - as well the likes of GB teammates Ross Millington and Marc Scott, Nick will be up against Norway's Henrik and Filip Ingebrigsten, both of them past European 1500m champions on the track.
