Match 4 - Battersea Park - Wednesday 1 July
The ladies turned out with a strong team to take the match win with great performances from Monique Krefting, Emma Watkins, Carla Doukrou, Nicole Toft, Jessica Case, Claire Stokes and Maureen Noel. Wins from Monique in the shot put and high jump and win from the relay team gave the ladies a 3 point buffer to take out the match from Hercules Wimbledon.
The men's team finished 3rd for the match against strong compeititon with lots of bodies on the ground to compete at the home ground of Battersea Park. Tom Ikeda mixed it up in the field trying out some high jump before winning the shot put and javelin. JC Doukrou came second in the triple jump with third places given to Chris Kiely in the 100m and Adam Dudgeon in the 400m. Paskar Owor came a narrow second in the 800m before claiming the win in the 1500m. Elsewhere Adam Cameron raced it out in a tough field in the 200m and was joined by non-scorers Michael Burslem, Adam Dudgeon and Mark Silvester. A strong performance from everyone but they were nudged just shy of the top by Hercules and Serpentine.

Match 5 - Tooting Bec - Wednesday 22 July
It was a small but elite team that took to the last match of the East division competition at Tooting Bec. With Hercules Wimbledon still sitting top of both tables Belgrave Harriers put in once last ditch attempt to take the title.
Leanne Bettis and Emma Watkins represented the ladies on the night with Leanne taking victory in the hammer throw and Emma notching up a win in the triple jump and second in the 100m.
The men had a few more bodies on the ground with Mark Silvester holding the fort in the 200m, 400m and triple jump whilst Robel Fesoom putting his training to good use in the 800m. Rosenheim stalwart Paskar Owor claimed maximum points with wins in the 1500m and 3000m, with Chris Privett winning the hammer and Pete Mayfield taking second in the discus. Non scorers Nick Smallwood and Knut Hegvold also made an appearance in the 3000m with Nick making a rare appearance in the 4x200m relay to test his sprinting skills out.
Despite the great effort from everyone both teams still finished second behind the strong Hercules Wimbledon team in the match which meant that the title for the East division was theirs for 2015.
