Phil Dominates Again

 The raging fire that is Phil Wicks' domination of Surrey distance running over the last 11 years continues to spiral out of control.In a pretty tidy field at the Ranelagh Richmond 10k, Phil ran an outstanding 30:30 on a muggy day over a sluggish course.  The gap to the next man was a whopping 2:39.Backing up well were Matt Taylor in 6th (33:47), and Paul Lowe 9th (34:18).
