Mel and Paskar clean up at Marlow

Sunday 11 May. Paskar Owor took the Marlow 5 miles race in 25:28 with Mel Wilkins winner of the women's race in 31:11.  Photo by Matt Whiting.Also in action this weekend, in the Highgate Harriers night of 10,000m PBs at Parliament Hill, Craig Ruddy was 11th in his race in 31:20.87 and Tish Jones was 10th in 33:48.01 in her first attempt at the distance on the track.
