To many of his fellow juniors this feat would have come as no surprise, having witnessed his speed on a weekly basis, for them, a County and Club record was an inevitability. So as a rising star with a string of titles to his name we take a look at the athlete who is firmly establishing himself as a Belgravian to watch.

Having played football and a bit of rugby growing up Kyle's first foray into athletics was in 2014 when he was invited to join in the street athletics competition as an U13 at Battersea Park. With raw talent and youthful curiosity on his side Kyle went on to win his race in a slick time of 7.725 to qualify for the finals in Manchester. Despite the convincing win at Battersea he was initially nervous about going up against athletes much older and experienced than himself, still, he willingly seized the opportunity to test his raw talent against the best and managed to come away with the win by beating the field in a time of 8.035. A star was born...

Spurred on by this early success and with the continued guidance of coach Andrea Lynch and the support of the juniors team, Kyle has gone from strength to strength in both his training and his performances. A string of U15 titles has followed in the past year with victories in the London Schools 100m, EA Championship 60m, and a title defence in the Street Athletics in 2015 to name but a few. Now training at least four days a week at Battersea Park and honing his skills across multiple events Kyle is on the hunt for Ellington’s U15 100m record this summer. He has set himself a target range of 10.9 to 11.2 in which to achieve this feat and we have no doubt it will be only a matter of time before he does.[/ezcol_2third_end]
