Belles finish third and fourth at Priory Relays

November 5 saw the return of one of the Belgrave ladies’ favourite cross-country events: the Priory Relays. Six Belles headed to Reigate to face a tough 4km cross-country course through the beautiful Reigate Priory Park on a very damp and chilly day. They would finish the day on the podium.

Left to right: Ella-May Hards, Laura Goodson, Mhairi Hall, Liv Papaioannou, Clemmie Cooper, Lydia Gallyer

Laura Goodson and Lydia Gallyer gave the Belles’ two teams an impressive start. It’s always difficult to pace the first leg of the relay with the men and women starting together. Laura came home with the sixth fastest leg of the day and fastest of the Belles.
