Bath Half: Nick Goolab runs fastest Belgravian HM since 2015
Nick Goolab's 64:34 half marathon debut in Bath on Sunday is the quickest Belgravian time across the distance since Phil Wicks went one second quicker in Wokingham in 2015.
Belgrave's all time HM record-holder is Paul Evans, who ran a lightning 60:09 in Marrakesh in January 1995 and a 61:18 at the Great North Run in 1997.

Passing the 10k marker in 30:26 - some 20 seconds quicker than his road 10k pb - Goolab moved up from third to finish second, just over 80 seconds behind GB Olympian Chris Thompson in first.
Clubmates Alex Mills (82:53) and Patrick McDougall (84:56) also ran well.
Chris Thompson wins the Bath Half-Marathon in 63:10 from Nick Goolab (64:34). Kate Reed takes the women's victory in 72:44 from Rachel Felton (75:53). #BathHalf #BathHalf2019

A good week for HM successes
Goolab's fantastic run in Bath comes a week after PBs at the Big Half for Bradley Courtney-Pinn (72:19) and Nick Buckle (72:53) as well as Steve Gardner at the Surrey Half in Woking (74:08).
On Saturday, new recruit Ben MacCronan, arriving at Battersea Park for a tempo run, took the opportunity to jump into the Sri Chinmoy 10k and took a comfortable win in 32:05.
