Belgrave's Sam Amend selected for England at 100k international

Belgrave road and cross country captain Sam Amend has been selected to compete for England at the Anglo Celtic Plate 100k on 16th May.

Sam joins the 8-strong England team due to run at Boddington in Gloucestershire this Spring, and will be hoping to reclaim the British 100k title she won at the same event in 2018.
